Scheduling

All sessions are scheduled by appointment only.  Appointments may be made by using the Schedule Now button on the homepage, calling my office number, (989) 884-2314 or through email, easefulmovements@gmail.com.  Sessions vary in length from 30 minutes to 90 minutes.

I do require a Health History form be filled out in its entirety prior to your first session. I am happy to email the form to you and you may either fill it out and send it back to me in email or bring it with you to your first appointment.  I also have copies in my office if you prefer to fill it out when you arrive.  Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your session if you choose this option.

Payment

30 minute session            $60

60 minute session            $80

90 minute session            $115

Payment is expected upon arrival for your session.  Payment is accepted in the form of  cash, check, credit card or money order.  There will be a $35 non-sufficient funds charge for any check that does not clear the bank.  If there are more than two non-sufficient funds checks, you will be required to pay by cash or money order prior to your session.

Gratuity may be expressed in the form of kind words and referral to others for my services.

Late arrival/cancellation

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to your session.  I understand that emergencies arise at the last minute and appreciate a phone call or email to let me know as soon as possible that you can’t make it for your session.  “No-shows” will be charged the full session fee.

If you arrive late, we will still end the appointment at its scheduled time in order to be courteous to the next client scheduled after you. This will result in a shorter session without adjustment in the session fee.

Ethics

This practice is dedicated to holding a therapeutic environment for the well-being of all individuals in our space.  I ask that clients also hold that space as part of their session.  I have a zero tolerance policy for sexual misconduct.  If any sexual advancement or language is used, the session will be terminated immediately, your payment will not be refunded and no further sessions will be scheduled.

Satisfaction

It is very important that my clients feel safe, supported and satisfied with their visit. I encourage discussion of goals for the session prior to beginning and encourage feedback during the session as you are the only one who knows how you feel in your body.  For your session to be the most beneficial for you, I encourage you to participate in your session and let the practioner know what is working and what is not working.  If you are not satisfied with your session, please first discuss it with me.
